Something wrong with my beats

I recently bought a pair of Beats By Dre Solo3 of a friend of mine. I've had them for nearly a month by now and I just came across this problem:

Whenever I want to turn them on, they won't so I have to reset them. I reset them with the power button and the volume down button and also with the multi function button and the volume down button.

After I do this, I am able to connect them for like 30 seconds and they turn off again with the light on the power button turned on.

Do anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?
