Camera And Notification Sounds

My camera on iPhone X has no sound when taking pictures. Also, other notification sounds, such as, incoming call, LINE, are lower than usual (the volume button is on with a high level of ringtones).

For your shutter sound issue: Check to see if you are using Live Photos when you take a picture. If you are, there will no shutter sound because Live Photos record 3 seconds of video when you take the picture and the shutter sound would also be captured, basically ruining the Live Photo. You can turn live photo off completely in settings (I have as I really don't need a 3 second video with each picture I take) or tap the Live Photo icon on the Camera App page for each picture you take that you don't want the Live Photo.

For the notification sounds, it could be the Attention Aware features lowering the volume when you look at your phone. See the following for more information:

If you don’t want to use these features, go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode and turn off Attention Aware Features.

As for the sound when taking pictures, do you mean Live Photos, videos, or maybe you mean the shutter sound when you take a still photo? A little more info about which sound you mean will help us figure out what's going on.
