Bluetooth issues with Iphone X and IoS11.2

I bought the beautiful Iphone X but bluetooth seems to be either cheap component or software has a big. Big disappointment. Tried hard reset, etc. Refuse to completely redo setup of iphone to only discover it again does not work. Please support asap Apple and fix this annoying issue!
