Family purchase tv episodes list

This problem appears on both my desktop (Sierra iMac) and my laptop (High Sierra MacBook Pro).

Attempting to view Family Purchased TV episodes initially shows Cover Art for the Series, but then when you select Episodes, whether All or Not In My Library, the list is empty despite showing a line at the bottom of the window with a Total : X Items.

Subsequent attempts to show series listings then fail too.

At no point am I able to download content.

It appears to be a problem in TV Programmes and Films (Movies), but not Music.
