as a fan of apple for over 2 years im sorry but it's time to move on every year apple makes same products we over pay for for the love of apple when they can't support us when a problem occurs. the battery life already before ios11 was on the bottom of the list of smartphones for 2017, app store isn't as good as it once was back in the day, and performance is ok...for the previous year and the list goes on another thing is over 60% of people are having problems and you keep coming up with excuses not to put yourself in blame nor at least giving us something in value like most companies considering we spend twice as much on a product than it cost you to make! i just hope in the future you handle a situation better i wouldn't know because i will never be back.

p.s why are 80% of android phone battery last a 2 day average standard moderate usage when you can't last 1 only on standby?
