It's a phishing attempt. Can generally be ignored. Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
forward to reportphishing@apple.com and delete. Include all attachments in the email. The grammar is a big clue plus the improper punctuation. Also, they failed to address you by name or include any billing information.
It's not from iTunes, it's phishing email - you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com
