Could Not Connect to anyting on iTunes

In Home Sharing. Nothing Works. Gives me a loading for a while then it says "Could Not Connect to [Home Sharing Name]" On My Apple TV 3

In iTunes Remote on my iPhone. it keeps saying me "Wrong Passcode" on my PC and its the Correct Passcode

In AirPlay. It Wont Connect. It Never Connects.

My PC is on LAN and my Apple Tv is on WiFi.

My PC's Firewall is OK. iTunes is Checked on Private and Public.
