High Sierra 10.13.2

Lots of problems since upgrading to High Sierra. I'm using 10.13.1. 10.13.2 isn't showing up as a software update. Is it safe to simply download it from the Apple website??

My biggest issues are sleep/wake reboot, and freezing (not particular application).

Thanks,

I had the same experience. I have a late 2011 MBP. Downloaded 10.13.2, went through installation process, but when I checked About Mac, it showed I was still on .1. And when I checked the App Store, .2 was still showing as an update needing to be downloaded, not installed.

No change in performance. Wonder if .2 was bad? Not much mention of it in forums?

Appreciate your posting this. Would like to hear from others.

My experience is that 10.13.1 greatly improved responsiveness, but this may be specific to machines that were affected by problems with graphics drivers for NVidia gpu.

I concur with was said before:

1) use the Combo update - and use it even on 10.13.2 installation if it is showing issues

2) For many that had issues in 10.13.1 it is likely just 10.13.2 won’t fix it - run Etrecheck and post its report here. Many such issues (especially those not shared by most other users) are caused by conflicts with third party software.
