The error is this one. I have reset my Mac and installed os Sierra again. Also deleted all storage.

What type of a USB are you using? A USB HDD will cause problems. You need to use a USB2 flash drive. You will lose your backup because BC Assistant will erase it.
Can you look at Bootcamp User Interface and which one of the three screens do you have?
What is the year/model of your Mac? Do not post the serial number of your Mac?

It displays the current disk layout and partitions.
I know how to back up now. The question is, can you do so on the same USB that you are using for the windows installation
