how do I break up contacts before I create a child account

I daughter has an ipad and has used my Apple ID. She upgraded recently and now all our contacts and pictures are together. How can I separate them. I also want to do add her to family share after I separate them. What is the best way to get her contacts only and pictures once I do family sharing?
