SVG images in safari appear inverted color

Hello,

Hi, I have a page http://konstantin.fi/ made mostly with SVG code. It works just fine in all browsers BUT Internet Explorer (Surprise surprise >_<) and Safari.

The issue with Safari is inverted color. Please see this screenshot. Obviously the man face should be normal skin color and the baby owl bluish and eyes yellow. Would you have any idea why Safari show it like this?User uploaded file

FWIW, It seems to be an SVG rendering problem with Safari and El Capitan 10.11.6…

The page renders correctly in Safari in Sierra and High Sierra…

so it's not local to your machine.

Adware Removal Helper, when I briefly looked inside it, examined every search a user had made on the App Store, perhaps just for starters… I wouldn't trust it, although I'm not suggesting that it's related to your problem.

Test briefly with the Safari available from 'Get Help Online' while started in Recovery. That doesn't use any of your usual settings or software.

Do you have a choice of profiles in System Preferences - Display - Color ?. Test with a different one, say Generic RGB

If disabling your extensions in Safari/Preferences/Extensions doesn't work, try running this program in your normal user account, then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by etresoft, a frequent contributor. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. On the screen with Options, please open Options and check the bottom 2 boxes before running. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy Report” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown.

You have a lot of 3rd party software installed which could be the problem. To test, try logging in to another admin user account and see if the same thing happens,

Dec 9, 2017 3:10 PM in response to Eric Root

Well, I cleaned up that orphan file. Also I removed one file which appeared to be an adware. After that I created another admin user, logged into it and typed www.konstantin.fi in safari. The pictures were inverted as they are with this admin user.

Do you have other suggestion? Is this a system wide problem or a internet server where konstantin.fi is?

Great! I have MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014). So newer OSX version might not be needed. Or do you recommend to update?

If you want your site to render correctly in Safari you would have to upgrade. Whether you should or not depends on what other software you run and whether there are compatible updates for them.

Personally I always upgrade but I don't mind paying for updates if needed.
