i want to know the process to transfer selected items from my itunes library to my iphone . pls help me as i have changed my phone from 64gb to 16gb. i can do away with the photos and videos.I want my contacts back
Depends upon where you've stored the contacts. Are they linked to an email account, and if they are do you have that email account set up on the phone and have contacts enabled on it ?

However when i try to choose contacts from my info from itunes am uable to retrieve all my contacts.
what am i to do to just get my contacts on this device ?

I could resolve this by installing the mail on the device , it was that simple and i was worked up , your help helped ;-)
