Invite family to 2TB Icloud

Hi

I have all my family members on a sharing Apple account. However they all pay for extra Icloud storage. I have now bought the 2 TB plan but the email where they invites were sent from no longer exists. What can I do ? They have no invites and their phones all show that their Icloud storage is now 0 instead of the 200 GB they are buying.

Thanks for help. I have changed the apple ID now to an existing email address.
