After download to my Mac OS 10.13.2 can't use e-mail - has this happened to anyone else? Also can't access email on Yahoo and I have a connection to transfer mail from Yahoo to my Mac.

Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9.3), This happened without my knowledge.
