Lost e-mail started from Photos

I started to compose an e-mail message that started from Photos with a picture attachment. I tried switching to another app for some detail for the message, but I now can’t find the message I started. It doesn’t show up under Mail as a draft, and it doesn’t show up under Photos. Where is it & how can I complete it?
