Handwritten Notes with Pencil on iPad not well rendered on macOS Notes app

Hello,

I have several notes in the Notes app that have created with the pencil that are not correctly rendered when I read them on the Notes app on macOS. The texte is very small.

I took those notes in a portrait mode on my iPad Pro 10.5 with an Apple Pencil (iOS 11). My MBP is a late 2013 with High Sierra (latest update).

Here's how the notes are rendered on the mac. It doesn't affect all the handwritten notes, I tried to resize the handwritten notes with the mouse like I would do it with an image but it doesn't seem possible to do that ?
