my apple id is locked and i dont know the security question and backup email.what shoud i do now?

My apple id is locked because of security readoned and now i dont know the security questions answer and i even dont know the backup email cuase my frind create this apple id for me and he dident think that these are important.now my phone is locked what shoud i do please helppppppppp?!??!???!????!????
