I need an appointment at the Apple store at Trafford centre for my I.phone 6s

Not really all I want is an appointment I neede to change my Apple ID before going back to Apple as I couldn’t remember it they are going to replace my phone as there is a manufacturing fault but it’s not straight forward to just telephone and get somebody to make me an appointment
