How do I get hold of OS X 10.11? Is that Sierra?

1. Click here and log into the Mac App Store with an Apple ID previously used to download it. Note that you'll only be able to use the link if you're on 10.7.5 or earlier, or if your computer's incapable of running Sierra.

2. It's El Capitan.

Is there any possibility that this software could be upgraded to run on High Sierra? Which software is it?

Thanks Niel. Unfortunately, that doesn't really help me because I'm trying to install on a 2015 Mac Pro that is currently on 10.10.5. I need to install either El Capitan or Sierra (compatibility issues for 2 bits of audio software) but don't have either on my Apple ID download history. Is there any other way to do this?
