My system uses 10,2 GB and I don't know for what. I know somebody with exact the same phone and software and her system uses around 3 GB. Is there something I can do to make it use less?
I have an iPhone 5s with iOS 11.1.2, I already tried to delete all my settings but that didn't work, and I'm now thinking of resetting my phone and download my I cloud again

Go to iCloud make sure iCloud back up is on Then backup now over your wifi
Then go to settings down to reset Restore iPhone back to factory settings.
Set back up over your wifi when it asks if you want to use iCloud backup Say yes to get your apps and data back this will get rid of any bugs.
