Export/import bookmarks using different accounts

Hello,
I have bought another iPad and would like to have similar Bookmarks as I have on ‘old’ iPad.
Note: I can’t use iCloud because I will login to those iPad’s with different
Could someone advice how to transfer favorites.
I understand that will not be synchronized. This is only one time deal.
Something like export from one side and import on another iPad
