How to add a precise AU plugin to the selected track without any mouse ?

Hi there,

I'm currently working on some MIDI controller project and would like to be able to trig the adding of a precise AU FX Plugin without my mouse.
This, because it's quite easy to translate MIDI into Key Strokes or even to trig the opening of a file with a MIDI value, but it's much harder to navigate into the menues and submenues of the rack to click on the desired plugin.

So my question is :

Is there any other way than the usual dialog box to add a new plugin to the selected track ?
