App Store reviews disappear

It seems that as of at least a few months ago my reviews in the App/iTunes Store regularly disappear within/after a few days or fail to appear at all. I first noticed it after I changed my reviewer username, although I’m not sure that’s related. There is nothing wrong with the content of the reviews. Is this issue occurring for anyone else and how can I make the reviews stick?
