Apple TV 4 recognize my app passwords for amazon prime and showtime anytime.

I am using Apple TV 4 and the latest ios(11.2). When i get an activation code from either showtime anytime or prime, I get a message saying that something went wrong or they do not recognize my password. Anyone else having this problem?

Apple TV (3rd generation), iOS 9.1
