iPhone iOs 11.1.2 makes calls from lock screen

On plugging or unplugging my iPhone SE with iOs 11.1.2 it makes a call to the last received number from the lock screen. How do I stop this? Is it a bug?

iPhone SE, iOS 11.1.2, 128 GB
