iCloud photos not showing on ATV

OK I have a 3rd Gen ATV, I can only get 3 albums of images (200 odd photos) of the 7000 + I have in iCloud any ideas. I have previously been able to view them and I have no idea what has changed.

All software is up to date. They al appear on my Mac, Laptop and iPhone without issue,
