iPhone Keyboard click no sound

My iPhone not giving aubidle keyboard clicks and after a week of playing w setting, powering on and off, and resetting the phone I found out that all I had to do was flip up the little physical switch on the upper left corner of the phone. Has this happened to anyone else?
