need help badly

hi i bought an iPhone 6s plus 64gb from Australia and my location is Mauritius. My problem is when i insert my sim card it indicates (No Service) and when i go to setting-general-about, the things that i see is as follows

Network Not available

Carrier Orange Mauritius

And when i go to setting- carrier (Network Selection) and turn off Automatic it says that (unable to load network list).

When i bought the iphone it says that it is factory unlock.

Can anybody help me with this problem, i badly need help.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 11.2

Have you actually used the phone on a carrier anywhere before?

When you turn on the phone do you get any alert about the sim?

Have you tried the steps here to complete the unlocking process?

How to unlock your iPhone for use with a different carrier - Apple Support

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

As i am using the sim on an iPhone 5s, they are telling me that the sim is ok and it try three different sim and one of the sim is being used on an iPhone 7plus, i am getting the same problem. the thing is that the iPhone can't find any network which is available in my country.
