iMac and MacBook New installation

My native language is Spanish, but I have my system configured in English by default.

When I delete all the information from my hard drive and start a new installation from scratch, even though my previous language is English, the installation process always starts in Spanish.

I wonder if there is something in my configuration in the cloud or in my apple id that causes this behavior.
