Iphone wont let me have a numeric passcode , please help

for the past two or three months my phone would lock me out of my phone until i put in a new alphabetic password , it won’t let me change my password into a 4 or 6 digit password. Please help !!!

Hi

Go to settings - touch I'd & passcode change passcode you may need to delete

Finger print first then add the back again.

Do you have any work information on it like a work email account? If so, sometimes they come with profiles that require certain security settings.
