Browse U.S. Playlists Only

Hi

How can I be able to browse or navigate through United States only content?

I live in Mex and when I browse the Todays Hits, or Best of the Week or several other playlists I always get annoyed by latin music, which I hate.

With Spotify this was not an issue cause we had Hits playlists by country, I dont see that option available on Apple Music.
