Move the "Using your iphone box" from the top right corner.

Since the update to High Sierra I can no longer move the box that appears in the top right corner of the screen when making phone calls with my iphone from my Macbook air. Before High Sierra this box was able to be moved, allowing easy access to webpages and functions behind it. Now this box is fixed I can no longer see or use any of the the buttons and functions behind this box.

How can this box be moved please?

MacBook Air, macOS High Sierra (10.13.1)
