Apple ID Disabled after i enabled it

As the title says i still have my apple id disabled in appstore after i enabled it, i tried to download some apps that i purchased and i can’t download them because my “Apple ID has been Disabled.” .

I have tried to look for some solutions but without luck... maybe i can get some help here.
