My face time won’t work

Hey so I recently got the iPhone 8 , brand new no cracks everything looks great . i try to FaceTime usually I.T works no mess ups when I use my LTE or have great WiFi so , for the past couple of days I.T FaceTimes connects and fails 😕 PLEASE HELP
