how can I use three different credit cards on a single purchase?

I have two prepaid mastercards, and will need to cover the balance of my order with my personal credit card.

How do I apply the first two prepaid amounts, then apply my regular ccard to the balance?

This may not be the best way but until somebody else answers...

Buy gift cards with the prepaid cards and add the credit to your account which has the credit card entered as payment method. Existing credit will be used first to pay for purchases then any extra will get charged to the card.

How iTunes Store purchases are billed - https://support.apple.com/HT201359 - When you make a purchase, content credits are used first, followed by Gift Certificate, iTunes Card, or Allowance Account credits. Your credit card or PayPal account is then charged for any remaining balance." You can't change the payment type order.
