print not working in calendar in High Sierra

With High Sierra, the printing of calendars does not print properly. Instead of showing in the second dialog box the calendar in landscape mode, it is in portrait mode and does not print the complete calendar. I checked back in Sierra (which I have on another bootable drive) and the dialog shows and prints correctly. If a PDF is created it is also in portrait mode.


To print the whole calendar it should be by default in landscape or the page will get clipped.


Below is what it had been in Sierra and then what it now looks like in High Sierra.

Apple support knew this as a known problem


the csolution was to reset the printers and reinstall
