Depends. Do you just want to use it? Sure. Depending on where you buy it you may or may not need a plug adapter. THe power plug is rated for world wide power (it handles both 110 and 220). Your apps may also need to be ones not dependant on wifi if you are somewhere where there isn’t any.


Using the wifi may depend on there being wifi


As to cellular it depends on the type of network you buy and that is present in Kenya (cellular has two main types and a device that works on AT&T will not work on Verizon and vice versa. You‘d need to research and see what technology to get and if there is coverage where you are traveling and how to make it work.)
