I can not activate my iPad, please help. Have already tried to connect and activate via iTunes, problem still exist. iTunes does not recognise my iPad.

Can you help please?

What version of iTunes are you using? For IOS 11, you need iTunes 12.7or iTunes 12.6.3.

iTunes 12.6.3 Retains App Store on computer

Make sure your iPad, iTunes & computer you're using are all updated
