How do I purchase this course and where do I purchase it. I have checked ATLAS was not able to locate it. I even checked the Apple Certification site and still was not able to find it. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Since we are all other users here and no one from Apple, I am not sure, but I believe there is no specific Applecare certification - I believe there are for technician, trainer, etc. Applecare is just the name of the extended (insurance like) warranty, so you'd need to be a technician to work on Macs whether they'd be covered by a warranty or not.
