why do i have to keep taking screen pics of all my interactions with apple?

I don't understand why it's so hard to despute fraudulent charges by Apple & or its joint venture applications??? For some reason, I can not remove my debit card from "iTunes" or "appstore" nor can I simply click a button that says " I didn't authorize this charge" as I could in the past... Lol I'm starting to learn why I should have never purchased this new iphonex & should have taken this opportunity to move on from apple

If you purchased the phone from Apple on or after November 15, you are still within the Holiday return policy time period. See: Returns & Refunds - Shopping Help - Apple

Im tired of this "customer dis-service" especially as of late!! I'm a customer of 8 yrs and about 10iphones & 5 iPads...This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced
