How can I revert iTunes to version to 12.4 while retaining my EQ settings?

I'm looking to revert iTunes to version 12.4, right before 12.5 when the update removed the custom colors feature. Since the recent versions don't support skins as far as I know, the custom colors feature allowed me to have a makeshift dark theme by using black playlist covers. I also have hundreds of EQ settings unique to different songs in my library for convinient listening. Can anybody tell me how to revert to 12.4 as well as keep my EQ settings and playlists and stuff in order? Alternatively, am I able to skin the current version of iTunes?
