music added to itunes not showing up on my iphone

When I download sounds to my iMac they usually open iTunes and I find them on my phone’s music app right after. However today I really want a song I made in GarageBand to do that but when I save it in any format it goes into iTunes but doesn’t show on my phone.

I’m using a 2013 imac i7 running 10.12.2 and an iPhone 7+ running iOS 11.2

I’m wondering if something changed in last weeks iOS update?
