My iPhone photos are not importing to the Photos application. Help!
I've attached my phone in order to import my photos from my iPhone 6s, and the photos are not importing. Any ideas?

Do you see a message on you iphone?
did you try a different cable [ I'd say a low probability ]? A different port on your computer? a different computer? Should see a message asking you to authorize. No need to authorize unless you want too. Seeing message should say you cable and iPhone are doing the "right" thing.
Open up itunes and see if you can backup the iphone.
