DNS Issue

Starting two days ago, I am unable to get on any websites as every single one says "server DNS address could not be found". However, both of my routers are working fine on my laptop and other iPhones/smartphones connected to the wifi. When I go into wifi settings, all the fields are blank, which they shouldn't be. I've tried putting in Google's DNS, but nothing is working. How do I fix this?

I have an iPhone 6 running iOS 10.3.3. I have tried turning on airplane mode to reset everything, didn't work. Reset network settings, did a hard restart on phone, reset routers, but nothing is working.
