I had the same issue. Here's the fix that worked for me:

Press and release the Volume Up button.

Press and release the Volume Down button.

Press and hold the Side button. (It may take a minute to boot.)

Once you get the device on, check to see if there's a software update available. If so, install it immediately before the issue happens again.

Be sure you have it charged

Please help. How do i set iphone x to TURN OFF AUTOMATIC AT 10 pm every day?... NO music, nothing, just turn off automatic .... In bed time option i only see a way to put alarm and remind to go to sleep.... i do not want a remaind i just want iphone to complete turn off at 10 pm everyday.
