Boot camp doesn't work

Hello,

I am trying to make a bootable USB drive for Windows 10 so I can update my HP. To do this, I am trying to use Apple's Boot Camp Assistant to format the drive and copy the files from my ISO file to the drive. But, clicking continue, I press "Create a Windows 7 or later install disk," then continue. Boot Camp then quits, then a few seconds later, I get a "Boot Camp has quit unexpectedly" error message. I've tried everything, from rebooting my computer to deleting the com.apple.bootcamp plist file. Please give me advice on how to fix this. Thank you.

MacBook Air, macOS High Sierra (10.13.1), I have the latest version bootcamp.
