My son has iPhone 6 with my iCloud account. He wants to remove the account.
The phone is requesting my iCloud password but i dont want to give this to him over the phone. He lives 1000miles away.
How does he delete the iCloud account on his phone?

You could also send a remote erase command from iCloud.com.

He can't sign out without the password. You can give him the password, confirm he is signed out, and then change the password.
