iPhone 6S dramatically slowed

My iPhone 6S was working as good as new until the most recent update - this update showed the phone to the point where apps will freeze causing my to force restar my phone close to once an hour. Completely ridiculous and frustrating. Something in the new update caused my phone to drastically slow dow, as it becomes jittery when I type and apps take far longer to open than literally the day before I updated. Completelt unnacceptabke from a leading tech manufacturer.
