my brother died and i got his iphone 7.
he lived in las vegas and i live in israel.
i dont have his apple id or his email account and password.
no where on the apple website does it say what should i do to unlock his phone so i can use it.
how can i contect apple to solve this problem?

You need to make an appointment and go to the nearest Apple Store with a proof of purchase and they will help you.
If you don't have any document, they can't do anything for you, and that iphone is useless for you.
