My iPhone keeps closing

I got a new iPhone 8 yesterday and it kept closing every few seconds. I assumed it was a faulty phone. Now my sons iPhone 6 started doing it too?!!

Hi

Go to settings down to display & brightness check auto lock time.

Also go to i books download ios 11 user guide &iPhone 8 guide both are free.
